Job summary

AST SpaceMobile in Dallas, TX seeks a Program Manager to lead end-to-end service readiness and delivery initiatives within the Telecommunications PMO. You will manage integrated program plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive milestones from readiness through service launch.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in telecom/tech program management, plus experience with customer- or partner-facing deployments and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience in telecom/tech.
• 3+ years managing customer- or partner-facing delivery programs.
• Proven success delivering complex service deployments or network/tech rollouts.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across engineering, operations, commercial, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated end-to-end program plans for service delivery and readiness.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions across workstreams.
• Establish program governance, with status reporting and change control.
• Coordinate readiness activities, validation, and milestone reviews for launches.
• Facilitate stage-gate reviews and ensure entry/exit criteria are met.
• Monitor KPIs and acceptance criteria, reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical, and operations teams on delivery.
• Coordinate engineering, deployment, operations, service assurance, and support functions.
• Resolve cross-functional obstacles impacting timelines.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and governance forums.
• Capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.
