Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery for our Telecom client, responsible for governing a $55M+ multi-tower portfolio spanning QE, OSS/BSS, and large-scale modernization. You will drive strategic delivery across CPQ, billing, and cloud workloads while maintaining executive visibility and stakeholder trust.

You’ll lead cross‑functional teams globally, shape roadmaps with client executives, and ensure governance, forecast accuracy, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecom delivery leadership with multi-tower programmes.
• Experience running large accounts ($30M+) with mixed delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams with predictable execution.
• Lead QBRs and stakeholder sessions to influence roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Drive delivery maturity and staff optimisation across global centers.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and translate delivery to growth.
