Cal-Ore Communications is seeking an experienced Business Sales Executive to drive growth across Northern California and Southern Oregon. You will develop new opportunities, manage key accounts, and lead full sales cycles from prospecting to close, while collaborating with engineering, service, and back-office teams.

The role offers a $74,000–$84,000 base+OTE package with a $5,000 New Hire Bonus and comprehensive benefits. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of outside sales experience
• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications or technology
• Experience managing sales territories and developing new markets
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain successful sales pipelines
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-level team environment
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Participation in community events, trade shows, and marketing activities
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed
• Compensation: $74,000 - $84,000 total annual earnings (OTE) includes base salary plus commission
• Commission: ~$2,000/month at target, with a ramp up period and significant upside
• Comprehensive benefits and retirement plan
• New Hire Bonus: $5,000, paid in two installments, subject to the employee remaining actively employed and all eligibility requirements are satisfied on each payment date: $2,500 following 120 days of continuous employment, $2,500 following 12 months of continuous employment

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, develop, and close new business sales opportunities
• Expand into new service territories and markets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships at all levels of business
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Retain and grow existing customer accounts
• Identify customer needs and align them with Cal-Ore’s telecommunications solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams including engineering and service contractors
• Maintain and grow a strong, consistent sales pipeline
