Job summary

Cal-Ore Communications in Northern California seeks a motivated Residential Outside Sales Executive to drive sales of Internet, Voice, and Smart Home services across our Northern California service areas. The role involves door-to-door and outbound sales, needs assessments, tailored proposals, and quota attainment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience (telecom preferred)
• Strong consultative selling, closing, and communication skills
• Experience managing a territory and sales pipeline
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell to new residential customers (door-to-door and outbound calls)
• Conduct customer needs assessments and present tailored solutions
• Manage a sales pipeline and track opportunities in Salesforce
• Prepare and deliver proposals (in-person and virtual)
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
• Participate in community events, trade shows, and marketing activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery
