Job summary

ViaPath Technologies is seeking a Telecommunication Technician 3 (Site Admin Technician 3) to join the Field Services team in the Manassas area. You will provide remedial repair, preventive maintenance, and system reliability services at customer sites, often working independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities include installing telephony hardware, wiring, coordinating service calls, and basic troubleshooting of networking and tablet/Wi‑Fi issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2–4 years of related field service experience.
• Proficient with Windows OS, MS Office, and networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive ambassador for ViaPath with customers, delivering service excellence.
• Provide service of ViaPath products at customer sites with readiness to assist.
• Plan, prioritize, and communicate updates for service calls.
• Replace telephony hardware, pull cable, mount devices, and install hardware.
• Troubleshoot basic networking, tablet functionality, and Wi-Fi issues.
• Coordinate kiosk service, billing deposits, and occasional overtime/callouts.
• Escalate problems as appropriate and maintain professional customer relations.
