Aufgaben

• Allocate work, manage schedules, and supervise up to 15 technicians.
• Conduct quality checks and site observations to meet client standards.
• Perform truck inspections and maintain company vehicles and tools.
• Address and resolve customer escalations to ensure satisfaction.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure team compliance.
• Provide ongoing training and coordinate with Training Instructor.
• Participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with managers to meet KPIs and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with QA to improve work standards and skills.
