Job summary

Uniti is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business communications services across diverse environments. You will use test equipment, train with tools, and recommend solutions to customers while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Two-year technical degree in electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install and repair residential and business communications services including telephone, internet, and video.
Train and work with tools and test equipment to support different technologies.
Recommend products and services to resolve customer needs.
Work with ladders and safety requirements for pole climbing and aerial plant.
Operate and maintain company service vehicle safely.
Work indoors and outdoors in various environments.
Complete required safety training and follow safety standards.
