ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to lead a field technician team delivering telecom and broadband services. You will allocate work, monitor safety, and drive quality and customer satisfaction on daily projects.

The role requires 3–5 years as a technician in telecom with at least 1 year in supervision, plus technical certifications. Strong problem-solving, communication, and workforce management are essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as a technician in telecom or broadband field operations, with 1 year in supervision.
• Experience delivering technical services in telecom or related industries.
• Exposure to customer-facing operations and service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Allocate work, manage schedules and supervise up to 15 technicians.
• Conduct quality checks and site observations for standards.
• Perform truck inspections and vehicle maintenance.
• Resolve customer escalations to ensure satisfaction.
• Enforce safety protocols and training for the team.
• Coordinate with QA for targeted improvements and skill development.
• Support managers to achieve KPIs and operational goals.
• Participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
