Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a safety-conscious supervisor to lead telecom cable construction teams, overseeing aerial or underground projects. You will manage daily activities, assign tasks, and ensure quality and on-time delivery while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in telecom construction, prior supervisory experience, and a strong commitment to safety and performance. Knowledge of industry standards and construction management tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in telecom cable construction (aerial or underground).
• Previous supervisory experience preferred and proven safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily activities of a telecom construction team.
• Enforce safety regulations, certifications, and company policies.
• Assign tasks and schedules to ITG employees and partners.
• Monitor progress to meet timelines and budgets.
• Provide training and guidance to linemen and drillers.
• address operational issues, including on-site customer interactions.
• Maintain records and prepare management reports.
