Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Foreman I–III to oversee field crews in telecom construction. You will ensure safe, accurate, and timely work, coordinate with customers and management, and supervise onsite activities to meet project goals.

The role requires strong crane and equipment operation, blueprint literacy, and rigorous adherence to safety standards. Occasional travel to diverse job sites is expected as part of our nationwide projects.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check and drug test required.
• Clean MVR on file; CDL preferred.
• Experience operating telecommunications construction equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specs.
• Effective verbal and written communication with crews, leadership, and customers.
• Ability to manage crews and coordinate field operations.
• Ability to drive and operate company vehicles and work equipment.
• Adherence to OSHA and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track daily activities of assigned crews.
• Continually inspect sites for hazards and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Operate heavy construction equipment as needed.
• Excavate and backfill trenches for utilities.
• Place conduits and perform related tasks in trenches.
• Coordinate with customers and management; provide progress updates.
• Prepare and file daily paperwork and reports.
