Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC seeks an Equipment Foreman to lead telecom construction crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule and crews work safely. You’ll manage equipment, supervise day-to-day field activities, and coordinate with the supervisor for updates.

You’ll be responsible for training crew members, maintaining DOT and safety compliance, and keeping production notes while operating heavy machinery in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education
