TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead telecom project crews, ensuring work is completed on schedule and safety standards are met. You will oversee equipment operation, maintenance, and materials while coordinating with the supervisor on day-to-day activities.

The role requires at least three years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience
• Previous foreman experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
• Oversee and help with training of crew members
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• All other duties as assigned
