Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Foreman I, II, III to lead field crews on telecommunications construction projects across the U.S. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate with management and customers, and ensure safe, timely work in accordance with project specs.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and hands-on experience with heavy equipment. On-site work with travel and safety-focused environment is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years operating heavy construction equipment.
• Experience in telecommunications construction environment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specs.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to lead crews.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track daily activities of assigned crews.
• Inspect worksites for hazards, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Operate equipment (track-hoe, back-hoe, excavator, skid steer, dozer).
• Excavate trenches for utilities and place conduit.
• Form and pour concrete; lay asphalt and track materials.
• Communicate with officials, management, customers, and crew.
• Update Project Manager on crew needs and progress.
• Ensure site cleanup and restoration after work.
• Travel to and from job sites; train and assist crews.
