Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman for our telecom construction team. You will lead crews, oversee equipment and materials, and ensure safe, on-time project completion.

A strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance is required as you manage field operations and training. The position offers hands-on leadership, day-to-day coordination with supervisors, and exposure to a dynamic, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related experience.
• Previous foreman experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations are followed.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
