Job summary

Point Broadband is seeking a Business Account Executive in Bristol, VA to identify, prospect, and penetrate a defined set of accounts. You will sell a full suite of data and voice solutions while maintaining a growing portfolio of business clients.

Responsibilities include driving a high-activity sales model, achieving monthly quotas, and coordinating resources to support customer relationships. Extensive travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in telecommunications or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of telecommunications and data industries.
• Familiar with financial metrics like IRR, NPV, fixed/variable cost.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, negotiate with, and close new accounts within a defined target base.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of business accounts with high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed targets and objectives.
• Lead and coordinate company resources in support of the customer relationship.
• Present professionally to and engage with decision makers.
• Track activities and provide regular forecasts (30/60/90/120 days).
• Travel to customer sites as needed (40-60% of work week).
