Job summary

Point Broadband in Hagerstown, MD seeks a Business Account Executive to identify, prospect, and close new accounts within a defined territory. You will deploy a high-activity model to sell a full suite of data and voice solutions and manage a portfolio of accounts with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years’ experience in telecommunications or equivalent.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and MS Office.
• Strong prospecting and funnel management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, negotiate with, and close new accounts within defined base.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of business accounts with high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Lead resources in support of customer relationships and provide weekly forecasts.
• Track activities and maintain CRM data, including 30/60/90/120-day plans.
