Point Broadband in Foley, AL is seeking a highly driven Business Account Executive to identify, prospect, and penetrate a defined set of accounts within the territory, selling a full suite of data and voice solutions.

You will deploy a high-activity sales model, manage a 400+ customer funnel, develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets, coordinate with company resources, present to decision makers, and provide regular forecasts and account updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years’ experience in telecommunications.
• Working knowledge of the telecommunications and data industries.
• Working knowledge of financial measurements such as IRR, NPV, Fixed Cost, and Variable Cost.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, negotiate with, and close new accounts within a defined, targeted customer base.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Lead and orchestrate company resources and personnel in support of the customer relationship.
• Present professionally to and engage with all pertinent decision makers.
• Understand and navigate a defined sale process.
• Provide regular account updates, resolve issues, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.
