Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Foreman to oversee field crews, ensure safety, and deliver timely, quality work on diverse projects. You will coordinate with customers and management, inspect sites, and supervise on-site activities to meet project requirements.

The role requires extensive heavy equipment operation, blueprint literacy, and strong communication. Visits to multiple job sites and adherence to safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check and drug test required.
• Maintain a clean MVR.
• Board experience in telecom construction including strand, coax, fiber placements.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with crew, leadership and customers.
• Ability to manage crews and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Ability to drive and operate company vehicles and equipment.
• Compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track daily activities of assigned crews.
• Inspect worksites for hazards and safety compliance.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed.
• Excavate and place conduits, form and pour concrete.
• Coordinate with customer and management; report progress.
• Travel to and from job sites; complete paperwork daily.
