Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Foreman to supervise construction crews in the field, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely work. The role involves project walkouts, coordination with customers and management, quality control, and overall onsite supervision.

The Foreman will manage daily crew activities, inspect sites for hazards, and communicate progress to the Construction Manager. Requires OSHA, CDL, and heavy equipment experience; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years minimum operating heavy construction equipment experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with crew, leadership, and customers.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Clean MVR and valid CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of assigned crews.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and timely work in field.
• Inspect work sites for hazards and ensure OSHA/compliance.
• Coordinate with customer and management; update on progress.
• Travel to and from assigned job sites; document daily activities.
• May schedule and coordinate subcontractors; train crew as needed.
