Jacobs seeks a Telecommunications BIM Designer to set up and manage Revit BIM models for data center telecom projects, coordinating with discipline leads to deliver constructible, clash-free 3D models and 2D drawings.

The role requires 3+ years in Revit design, 2+ years in telecom systems design, knowledge of codes and standards, and familiarity with Bluebeam; strong communication skills are essential. The position supports a hybrid work model with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of Revit design experience.
• At least 2 years of telecom systems design experience.
• Growing understanding of codes and standards shaping design decisions.
• Understanding of design and construction specifications and their function.
• Experience following client design and modeling standards.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam as a markup software.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new things.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in design documentation and manage Revit BIM models.
• Coordinate with other discipline BIM leads and team members.
• Create and manage content toward fully coordinated 3D models across all design disciplines.
• Produce 2D construction drawings.
• Ensure clash-free 3D models in collaboration with the design team.
