Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Telecommunications BIM Designer to join our telecom design team. You will set up and manage Revit BIM models in coordination with discipline leads, producing constructible 3D models and 2D drawings for data center projects.

The role requires at least 3 years of Revit design experience and familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. We offer hybrid work with opportunities across U.S.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Revit design experience.
• Experience in telecommunications systems design and construction.
• Understanding of codes and standards shaping design decisions.
• Familiarity with design and modeling standards from clients.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and management of Revit BIM models in coordination with discipline BIM leads.
• Create and manage content towards fully coordinated 3D models across design disciplines.
• Produce 2D construction drawings in alignment with Jacobs standards.
• Collaborate with designers, architects and engineers to deliver constructible deliverables.
