Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of Revit design experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in telecommunications systems design and construction industry.
• Understanding of codes and standards shaping design decisions.
• Experience following client design and modeling standards.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam as a markup software.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new things.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Revit BIM models in coordination with other discipline BIM leads and team members.
• Create and manage content towards fully coordinated 3D models (R, C, S, A, M, E, P, T, I, L).
• Produce 2D construction drawings in alignment with project standards.
• Collaborate with designers, discipline leads, architects and engineers on Jacobs teams.
• Ensure deliverables comply with Jacobs and client BIM standards, including clash-free models.
