Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Platform Customer Engineer to partner with technical Sales, differentiate Google Cloud, and act as the customer's primary technical advisor. You will troubleshoot, build AI/ML proofs-of-concepts, and architect cross-pillar cloud solutions to win workloads and drive adoption.

You will engage with technical and business leaders, present practical solutions, and contribute to plans for delivery and consumption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
Experience engaging with, or presenting to, technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
Experience in programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy, supporting targeted sales motions.
Architect AI/ML solutions, drive technical wins, and define delivery plans for customers.
Lead technical engagements in the solution phase and deliver compelling demos and workshops.
Coordinate post-sales transition by supporting pricing and handoff to delivery teams.
