Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston is seeking a Teen Program Manager to lead age-appropriate teen programs, oversee staff, and advance workforce readiness initiatives for members in Roxbury and surrounding communities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with partners, ongoing program evaluation, and ensuring youth safety. Start date is October 2026, with a competitive hourly salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least two years of youth development experience and at least one year supervising staff.
• Direct experience delivering teen programs and supporting teens.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• CPR/FA certification must be or become current.
• MS Office and basic web competency are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a range of teen programs aligned with BGCB standards.
• Collaborate with partners, volunteers, and staff to run programs and events.
• Evaluate program impact and maintain a safe, clean Teen Center area.
• Orient and supervise staff, and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Travel between sites and participate in professional development.
