Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston in Boston, MA, is seeking a Teen Career Pathways Manager to lead the club’s youth workforce readiness strategy. You will provide career coaching, job-readiness programming, case management, and work-based learning opportunities for teen members.

Working closely with club leadership and community partners, you will connect teens to meaningful career development experiences, internships, and employment opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience developing and delivering workforce readiness or youth development programming for teens.
At least one year of supervisory or program leadership experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to coach teens around career planning and professional development.
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

Facilitate workforce readiness programming including skill development and work-based learning.
Provide individual and group career coaching to teens.
Lead teen outreach, recruitment, and enrollment into Ready to Work programming.
Support interns with coaching and professional development.
Collaborate to deliver Ready to Work curriculum, workshops, and events.
