Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston is seeking a Teen Program Manager to oversee innovative teen programs and Ready to Work initiatives. You will supervise staff, coordinate with partners, and ensure engaging activities for teens while maintaining safety and program quality.

The role requires experience in youth programming, strong communication skills, and CPR/First Aid certification. Location is Roxbury, MA with competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years in youth development with supervisory experience.
• Experience delivering teen programming and supporting teen initiatives.
• Knowledge of trends in teen recreation, leadership activities and youth services.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead teen programming, oversee staff, and ensure quality delivery.
• Collaborate with partners, volunteers and BGCB alumni to support members.
• Maintain a safe, clean and engaging Teen Center environment.
• Provide supervision and performance feedback to department staff.
