Job summary

Axinn is seeking a Technology Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate technology training for attorneys, paralegals, and staff. You will partner with IT, HR, and leadership to build engaging learning experiences that support onboarding and change initiatives.

The role combines instructional design, classroom facilitation, and LMS administration in a fast-paced professional services environment. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years designing and delivering technology or professional skills training.
• Experience developing instructional materials for adult learners.
• Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training.
• Experience administering or supporting an LMS.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced technology training.
• Facilitate New Hire Technology Orientation for attorneys and staff.
• Create learning paths for onboarding, skill development, and technology proficiency.
• Deliver sessions tailored to varying experience levels and business needs.
• Assess needs and identify skill gaps through stakeholder input and data.
• Adapt content to evolving business requirements and learner preferences.
