Job summary

Winstead PC seeks a Trainer to deliver high‑quality technology training to firm staff and attorneys, focusing on hands‑on instruction and effective training materials. You will support firm‑wide technology adoption and onboard new hires, accelerating competency and measuring training impact.

You’ll run live sessions and webinars, partner with attorneys on specialized projects, and act as a horizon scanner for legal tech trends.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in a training, instructional, or education‑focused role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
• Experience delivering virtual and live training sessions.
• Strong written communication skills with experience creating training documentation and instructional materials.
• Comfortable presenting to a wide range of technical skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and in‑person training sessions for staff, attorneys, and new hires.
• Develop and maintain training documentation, including user guides and job aids; produce instructional videos.
• Track attendance and completion within the LMS; update courses and materials as needed.
• Collaborate with trainers and attorneys on projects; adapt training materials for evolving tools and workflows.
