Job summary

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is seeking an experienced IT Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate technology enablement programs for attorneys and staff across the firm. You will handle onboarding, instructor-led and virtual learning, and targeted enablement for major tech initiatives.

The role requires translating complex tech concepts into clear learning experiences, partnering with IT and business stakeholders, and maintaining current materials and learning paths.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technology enablement, learning & development or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and related tools.
• Experience with iManage, PDF software, ServiceNow, and related tech.
• Proficiency in instructional design and e-learning content creation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions in-person and remotely for firm personnel.
• Create and update curriculum, manuals, FAQs, and quick tips.
• Develop and deliver How-To videos using Camtasia, Snagit, and Premiere.
• Collaborate with IT Training leadership, BAs, Product Managers and Service Desk.
• Monitor training effectiveness and implement improvements.
