Qualifications

• 3+ years of technology training experience.
• Experience delivering one-on-one and small group training.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business applications.
• Bachelor's degree required; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technology training to attorneys and staff.
• Conduct new hire onboarding and develop user guides.
• Maintain the firm's Learning Management System (LMS).
