Job summary

Axinn seeks a proactive Firmwide Technology Trainer to advance technology adoption and user productivity. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training for attorneys, paralegals, and staff while collaborating with IT, HR, and leadership to support onboarding and change initiatives.

Responsibilities include content development, LMS administration, and measuring training effectiveness in a fast-paced professional services environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, instructional design, learning & development, communications, IT, or business.
• Three+ years designing and delivering technology or professional skills training.
• Experience developing instructional materials for adult learners.
• Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training programs.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and change management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced technology training.
• Facilitate new hire technology orientation and onboarding for legal and staff roles.
• Create learning paths aligning onboarding and skill development.
• Deliver sessions for varying experience levels and business needs.
• Assess training needs via stakeholder feedback and performance trends.
• Develop and maintain training materials and resources.
