Qualifications

• Associates degree with 7+ years tech support or 10 years tech repair experience preferred.
• Desirable: Bachelor degree with 5 years tech support/repair or Associates degree with 7 years experience.
• Experience in K-12 educational technology environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair district technology systems.
• Provide escalated technical support to the Technology team.
• Utilize inventory/asset systems to document repair history and distribution.
• Oversee deployment of district hardware and OS installations.
• Document and communicate system status to stakeholders.
• Train end users and provide user documentation.
