• Certifications such as A+, Net+, Security+, CCNA, ACSP, MCP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Acts as field lead on projects as assigned.
• Assists in training and mentoring technicians.
• Installs and upgrades hardware and software per policy.
• Reads and interprets schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Performs PC and MAC break-fix and desk side support.
