Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field with at least two years of experience.
• Experience preferred with Cabarrus County Schools’ Technology department or equivalent.
• Certifications such as A+, Net+, Security+, CCNA, ACSP, MCP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead field technicians on projects and mentor teammates.
• Install and upgrade hardware and software; desk side support.
• Read schematics and wiring diagrams; document repairs clearly.
• Provide PC/MAC break-fix support and manage inventory.
