Responsibilities

• Answer phones and triage for repair of technology devices.
• Use work-order and inventory systems to track repairs and ownership.
• Configure devices to district standards with OS, software and enrollment.
• Install new tech equipment and refresh projects.
• Assist with pickup/delivery of devices and school inventory audits.
• Manage assigned technology systems and provide escalated support.
• Document changes and communicate with the Tech Team and stakeholders.
• Provide crisis management support for major outages.
• Train end users and create documentation for systems.
