Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned HR leader to head the People Group for Ryan’s technology organization. You will act as the primary strategic talent partner to senior tech leaders and drive talent management, employee relations, rewards, and communications across the group.

You will shape immigration coordination with Legal, implement workforce and succession plans, and scale HR processes using Workday and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• PHR certification is required; SPHR preferred.
• Significant experience supporting technology organizations and partnering with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Group function for the technology organization.
• Serve as strategic talent partner to senior technology leaders.
• Oversee employee relations, immigration, compensation, and policies with Legal.
• Develop workforce, talent, and succession plans for critical roles.
• Translate business strategy into talent and organizational plans.
