Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with rapid company growth. The role partners with executives, designs workforce plans, and guides total rewards decisions to support business objectives.

You will drive connected talent systems, including performance and succession planning, and coach leaders on organizational design and change management.

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years of progressive HR experience with at least five years as a senior strategic HRBP or HR leader in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, org design, change management, and talent strategy.
• Fluency with compensation strategy and connecting total rewards to business context.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the business unit's strategic plan, structure, and people needs.
• Partner with leaders to build workforce plans, define talent strategy, and close workforce gaps.
• Guide total rewards decisions based on business needs, talent strategy, and internal equity.
• Drive the talent management system including performance management, succession planning, career laddering, and development planning.
• Educate leaders to conduct effective talent conversations.
• Advise on team structure, reporting relationships, and role design.
• Lead change strategy end to end with stakeholder engagement and reinforcement.
• Develop direct reports into strategic HR partners.
• Collaborate with CTO and technology leaders to build workforce, talent, and organizational capability for growth.
