Job summary

Ryan LLC is seeking a Director, Strategic Talent Business Partners – Technology to lead the People Group for Ryan’s technology organization. This role partners with senior technology leaders to drive talent and organizational strategy across technology functions.

You will collaborate with HR and technology leadership to design workforce planning, succession, and talent initiatives that align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required, with 8–10 years of progressively responsible HR management experience.
• Significant experience supporting technology organizations is required, preferably in a large, complex tech environment.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders across software engineering, product, data and analytics, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or other technical functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees management of employee relations and grievance issues including investigations and resolution.
• In partnership with Legal, oversees immigration and expatriate assignments and visas.
• Develops and maintains workforce, talent, and succession plans for the technology organization.
