Job summary

Ryan, LLC is seeking a Director of Strategic Talent Business Partners – Technology to lead the People Group for the technology organization in the United States. You will partner with senior technology leaders to design and implement talent and organizational strategies across design, product, data, analytics, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR, 8–10 years' experience, and strong Workday/HRIS skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; 8–10 years of HR experience in domestic and international environments.
Experience supporting technology organizations; partnering with senior leaders across software engineering, product, data and analytics, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or related functions preferred.
Proficiency with Workday or comparable enterprise HRIS; strong workforce analytics and planning tools; familiarity with tech talent market data.

Responsibilities

Oversees management of employee relations and grievances, including investigation and resolution.
Coordinates immigration and expatriate assignments and employment visas with Legal.
Develops workforce, talent, and succession plans for the technology organization, focusing on critical roles and leadership pipelines.
Maintains strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Supervises direct reports and collaborates with senior leaders and People Group partners.
