Job summary

Ryan, LLC seeks a Director, Strategic Talent Business Partners to lead the US People Group, shaping talent, policies, and programs across practices. The role is highly visible, hands-on, and collaborative, based in Plano with hybrid work expectations.

You’ll partner with IT and Finance to optimize Workday usage and drive effective talent management, immigration, and compliance across the US divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR management experience in domestic and international environments.
• PHR certification required; SPHR preferred.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Talent Management for US practices, including succession planning and workforce development.
• Manages employee relations, rewards, communications, policy development and administration, and compensation.
• Oversees immigration coordination and visa processes in partnership with Legal.
• Develops and maintains service delivery and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Directly supervises HR staff and collaborates with IT and Finance.
