Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• 4–6 years experience in talent development, workforce transformation, or capability building in technology-driven environments.
• Understanding of modern learning methodologies, including digital, experiential, and cohort-based learning models.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics) and their impact on workforce skills.
• Familiarity with structured skills frameworks and competency models, plus workforce analytics and learning impact evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable learning strategies that accelerate workforce readiness and improve technical proficiency.
• Build role-based learning journeys, certification pathways and applied learning experiences (labs, hackathons).
• Measure the impact of skill development on proficiency growth, certifications, and business outcomes.
• Develop capability roadmaps across cloud, cybersecurity, AI, data analytics, software engineering, infrastructure, and product delivery.
