Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Technology Talent and Capability Program Manager to design and deploy scalable learning and capability programs across AI, cloud, and cybersecurity. You will partner with senior leaders, build roadmaps, and measure impact with dashboards to translate tech trends into workforce strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in talent development, workforce transformation, or capability building in tech-driven organizations.
  • Understanding of modern learning methodologies: digital, experiential, cohort-based (medium).
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics) and their impact on workforce skills (high).
  • Familiarity with structured skills frameworks and competency models (high).
  • Experience with workforce analytics and learning impact evaluation (medium).
  • Knowledge of organizational change management principles (low).
  • Ability to develop and execute enterprise capability and learning strategies aligned to business priorities (medium).

Job description

The Technology Talent and Capability Program Manager leads the development and execution of a scalable strategy to enhance both technical skills and digital fluency across the organization, aligning workforce capabilities with evolving business priorities. This role partners with business and technology leaders to identify skill gaps, build forward-looking capability roadmaps across critical domains such as AI, cloud, and cybersecurity, and implement targeted learning strategies, including role-based pathways, certifications, and hands-on experiences to accelerate proficiency. By leveraging data and analytics, the manager measures the impact of skill development initiatives, provides insights to inform workforce planning, and ensures the organization remains agile, future-ready, and equipped to succeed in a digital-first environment.

Job Duties
  • Deliver scalable learning strategies that accelerate workforce readiness, improve technical proficiency, and enable faster execution of technology and business initiatives. Build role-based learning journeys, certification pathways and applied learning experiences (e.g., labs, hackathons) that drive real-world skill application, to accelerate time-to-proficiency and enhance performance in critical roles.
  • Measure and demonstrate the impact of skill development on proficiency growth, certification attainment, and business outcomes. Develop capability dashboards that provide visibility into workforce readiness and alignment to business priorities. Deliver actionable workforce insights that inform leadership decisions on talent, skills investment, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to identify and prioritize current and future skill requirements, ensuring the workforce is equipped to deliver on evolving business demands.
  • Develop and execute capability roadmaps across cloud, cybersecurity, AI, data analytics, software engineering, infrastructure, and product delivery to accelerate adoption of critical technologies.
  • Conduct workforce capability assessments and skills gap analyses to identify barriers to productivity, delivery speed, and transformation success, and drive targeted interventions.
  • Maintain a forward-looking perspective on how AI, automation, and emerging technologies are reshaping skills and roles, translating insights into strategies that improve organizational agility and readiness for change.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience Required
  • 4-6 years Experience in talent development, workforce transformation, or capability building, ideally within technology-driven organizations. Required
  • Understanding of modern learning methodologies, including digital, experiential, and cohort-based learning models. (Medium proficiency)

The starting pay range for this position is: $99,500.00 - $132,900.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
