AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Technology Talent and Capability Program Manager to design and deploy scalable learning and capability programs across AI, cloud, and cybersecurity. You will partner with senior leaders, build roadmaps, and measure impact with dashboards to translate tech trends into workforce strategies.

This role supports a large national organization, shaping a future-ready workforce and delivering tangible outcomes through data-driven learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 4-6 years of experience in talent development, workforce transformation, or capability building in tech-driven organizations.
• Understanding of modern learning methodologies: digital, experiential, cohort-based (medium).
• Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics) and their impact on workforce skills (high).
• Familiarity with structured skills frameworks and competency models (high).
• Experience with workforce analytics and learning impact evaluation (medium).
• Knowledge of organizational change management principles (low).
• Ability to develop and execute enterprise capability and learning strategies aligned to business priorities (medium).
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills (high).
• Ability to translate tech trends into workforce capability strategies (high).
• Balance strategic planning with execution and deliver both long-term vision and near-term impact (medium).
• Design scalable learning solutions including role-based journeys and certification pathways (medium).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to link capabilities to business outcomes (high).
• Excellent storytelling to present insights clearly (high).
• Project and program management in matrix environments (high).

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable learning strategies and role-based journeys, including labs and hackathons, to accelerate proficiency.
• Build and maintain capability roadmaps across AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, and software delivery.
• Develop capability assessments and gap analyses to identify productivity barriers and drive interventions.
• Measure impact with dashboards and insights to inform talent planning and investments.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify current and future skill requirements and priorities.
• Maintain a forward-looking view on AI and emerging tech shaping roles and readiness.
