James Moore & Co. CPAs is seeking a Manager, Talent & Capability Development to shape the workforce of the future. This remote role focuses on identifying capability gaps, designing scalable learning experiences, and aligning development with career progression and business strategy.

The ideal candidate will bring 6–10 years in talent development or related fields, with strong consulting, change management, and leadership skills, plus a curious mindset about AI-enabled learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and relevant experience.
• Strong internal consulting skills and ability to diagnose business problems before proposing solutions.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technology affecting development.

Responsibilities

• Build workforce capability strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Diagnose capability gaps across the firm and recommend solutions.
• Design scalable development experiences emphasizing technical skills, judgment, and leadership.
• Redesign early-career development to reflect automation-driven changes.
• Advance leadership and manager development to coach and build high-performing teams.
• Explore AI, simulations, and case-based learning to enhance capability development.
• Align development with competencies, career progression, and succession planning.
• Measure learning impact beyond attendance and completion to business outcomes.
• Maintain learning infrastructure that meets professional education and CPE requirements.
