The role partners with business and technology leaders to identify skill gaps and craft capability roadmaps in AI, cloud, and cybersecurity.

Competenze

• Bachelor's equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Understanding of modern learning methodologies (digital, experiential, cohort-based).
• Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics) and impact on workforce skills.
• Familiarity with structured skills frameworks and proficiency models.
• Experience with workforce analytics and learning impact evaluation.
• Knowledge of organizational change management principles.
