Gusto seeks a talent product leader to architect the enterprise capability framework, spanning individual contributor and leadership tracks. You will manage the full lifecycle of learning solutions—from discovery to MVP, shipping, scaling, and ongoing maintenance.

You will define taxonomy, partner on system integrations, and shape leadership criteria to drive strategic capability investments. You will translate validated capability data into scalable standards, partnering with HR and executives

Qualifications

Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development or related fields.
Experience designing scalable learning solutions and modular content.
Proven ability to translate capability data into actionable training strategies.

Responsibilities

Define the product roadmap for the capability framework for IC and leadership tracks.
Collaborate with content designers to build and ship blended learning experiences.
Set strategic vision for core enablement programs in a hub-and-spoke model.
Own the architecture for modular content and governance.
Validate skill data with HR partners to align investments with goals.
Write requirements for capability engine and HR tech integrations.
Translate enterprise priorities into clear training guidance and standards.
