The role covers project support from planning through deployment, system maintenance for local and remote users, and delivering clear technology training. Associate degree in CS with 2 years IT experience required; A+ certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science with 2 years IT experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• A+ Certification and other relevant industry certifications.

Responsibilities

• Move Technology Forward: Support technology projects from research and planning through implementation and deployment.
• Keep Systems Running: Maintain, repair, and upgrade computers, software, hardware, and operating systems for local and remote users.
• Provide Tech Support & Training: Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, and VoIP issues, and deliver clear, effective technology training.
• Manage Technology Assets: Purchase, inventory, and track equipment while documenting support and repair history.
• Support Daily Operations: Perform routine system checks and updates and serve as a key liaison between staff and management on technology needs.
