Ideal candidates hold an associates degree and relevant IT certifications, with experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization. On-site work in Salt Lake City, UT is required.

Qualifications

• This position requires an Associates degree in a related field and IT certifications are preferred.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization is expected.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix, VMware ESX, and Exchange/Office 365 is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and resolution of IT service requests and incidents.
• Assist with server and data infrastructure installs, firmware, software releases, and patches.
• Monitor backups, server availability, and perform recovery as needed.
• Participate in system installation and upgrade projects under supervision.
