Qualifications

• Journey level requires an additional six months experience; Advanced level requires an additional year.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-oriented technical support and/or training to faculty, staff, and students for hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.
• Perform complex troubleshooting in collaboration with internal and external support groups; escalate when needed.
• Document completed work and contribute to technical projects; support goals set by School of Medicine leadership.
