Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
  • Set up new computer systems, software, and peripherals per user needs.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Perform updates, security patches, and backups to keep systems secure.
  • Create and maintain records of issues and solutions for knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with IT staff to address complex problems and upgrade infrastructure.
  • Learn from feedback and build relationships to foster a welcoming environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
